I have a Dell Poweredge 6650 with 4 1.6ghz processors, 4gb of ram running windows 2000 and arcserve 2000. I have a Dell Powervault 122t LTO autoloader that is only getting about 100mb/min. Any idea why my backup speed is so slow? The processors, memory, and hard drives are practically asleep while the backup is running. I have also updated all the drivers for arcserve and the tape drive.I have DLT 7000's that get well over 500mb/min!!! I thought this LTO drive would get at least 1gb/min!
