Arcserve 2000 New Install

Our Arcserve 2000 server died and we had to do a complete fresh install on a new machine. The problem we have is that the new Arcserve 2000 machine will not see the data on tapes backed up on the old (died) machine.

Can anyone help please?

You need to merge the old tapes into the new database. This is done from the Manager drop down menu. Go to utilities and the side menu should have Merge as an option. You then need to set up the merge job for each tape.
