Arcserve 2000 - Job wont start!!

i need some tips on how to start my job on windows 2000 server. we had to rename our media pool, reassign slots and ever since it hasnt worked.
we tried to resubmit the job but no luck..and no feedback from the activity log!
any suggestions?

Have you tried the following?

1. Stop and start all engines
2. Recreate job from scratch
3. Run Device Configuration wizard
4. Have a look at your Group Configuration Edmée de Klerk

There is an issue about this. U have to patch it to sp4 (build 1100 ) and one of the patch.Sorry I have forgotten the patch but u can view it at the support page of

http://www.ca.com.

Have you licensed the program?
check if there any license error in c:\ca_lic\lic98.log.

There have been some problems using Arcserve with Terminal Services. The job will just sit and look at you and never start. I believe there is a patch.

thanks for the replies, but the solution was to uninstall and reinsall arcserve..something was corrupt.
