Arcserve 2000 Job not finish

Hi

my configuration is arcserve2000 sp4 build 1100

when arcserve finish job the status job remain in update database it came after sp4.

Perform database maintenance on the Arcserve database.

Ran the mergecat.exe in the dos prompt of the arcserve folder. Once its operation is done you can delete all the files in the Temp folder of arcserve.

Then delete R*.* files in the database foder and restart all the services of arcserve...
