Arcserve 2000 fails to stop job

I have win2k, exchange 2k. Trying to cancel a backup. There are two jobs "stuck" in active stat and I can't cancel/delete jobs. I have restarted the server, services and they still appear stuck when I reopen the mgmt console.

any advice is greatly appreciated.

Apply qo20824.caz after food and then see me in the morning.

You can delete the Jobs only compeltely stop Arcserve Job Eng. go th the Arcserve Share in the Folder 00000001.qdr or so and delete the Files where the extension is *.chk and delete also the same filenames with qdrs.
then restart the Job Eng. and the jobs are gone.

A Fix for this problem is on the CA Web side!
