I'm getting this error when I'm running my backups. Exchange 2000 sits on Win2K server. It has exchange patch for Arcserve w/sp2 for Exchange. I'm getting incomplete backups because of four files. The only major problem is it's not backing up two of my most important files(PRIV1.stm and PUB1.stm). It's getting the above error saying that there is a sharing violation. I've been forced to run backups via NTBACKUP.exe. It seems to backup the information store just fine that way. Is it because these files are constantly streaming, therefore a open file can't be backed up? Any information would be HIGHLY appreciated. Thank you.
