Arcserve 2000 exchange agent problem

I have installed arcserve 2000 to server1 and i install exchange 2000 to server2. But i cant get exchange agent to work. I install agent and then i try to configure it. But then i get error message: Failed to read exchange server name from registry.

I have delegate exchange rights for dbagent username.

What is wrong. Please help me!!!
