I have 2 new Overland Miniexpress Libraries with 4 sdlt 8000 drives. Both running on adaptec 2940 scsi cards. Win 2000 and Arcserve 2000. It will run for a few days and then I always get canceled jobs because of "unable to write to media" e3714" or e6914 error. Overland has replaced all 4 drives and I have returned and replaced mountains of tape. What is causing this. It has to be in Arcserve or the scsi software. It will go for 3 days or so and work fine then all the sudden it cant communicate anymore. Please help
