I have a problem I need help with - I have Arcserve deployed in an enterprise with over 100 locations/servers all using the same service account in a mixed mode Active Directory domain. I need a way to give divisional administrators access to view media prediction reports, format/erase tapes, and view job status without giving them the service account and password which has Domain Admin rights. Anyone done this before? I can't get a good answer out of CA yet. Thanks!
