Has anyone else had problems with the Disaster Recovery Option of Arcserve 2000? We can not get it to work at all with Windows 2000 server. It seems to have problems with the network (jukebox is on another server). It works OK for NT4, though. We have to install a clean version of W2K, install the Arcserve client, then do a standard restore. We would obviously like to use the Disaster Recovery Option instead. Any ideas?

Hi,
If u r trying a remote recovery....
apply sp4 onto both ARCServe and the Nt Agent...
apply Sp4 for DR which is a seperate patch on the DR option.
Take a FULL dynamic backup....
