Arcserve 2000 Disaster Recovery...Need Help

Hi all i need some help. Here is what i have done so far the error im getting.

Compaq 2500 with raid 5 array
did a full backup of the system.

scenario 1: deleted all partitions tried to restore using arcserve 5 disks (3 custom boot disk, 1 disaster recovery disk, 1 machine specific disk. created partition 2000 and installed nt. after the initial installation the system reboots, when it comes up I get an error message after OS Loader v4.00... " Windows NT could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem. Could not read from the selected boot disk. Check boot path and disk hardware. Please check the windows NT documentation about hardware disk configuration and your hardware reference manual for additional information." i get this no matter which way i format my drive using the 3 bootdisk. anyone have any ideas.........HELP

What version of ARCserve are you using???
Please detail the problem...

OS version \patch level
ARcserve \service pack
DR version..

local \remote DR

Does this machine have EISA partitions.
if so have u recreated them before starting the DR procedure.
