Hello. I have been running Arcserve 2000 SP3 flawlessly for about 3 months now. Just recently I ran into a problem where the job database is reaching about 2gig and then won't start when my job kicks off. The only way I have found to fix this is to delete the whole database (all files) and then re-initialize it. This would be OK if I didn't lose my DB everytime :p I have 10 gig to work with and can afford to keep about 4 gig of DB on my box. Is there anyplace where I can set this value or maybe tune the DB so that it will delete the old jobs as needed? I have all of the default OOTB settings for the DB right now. I am also running SQL but FEAR using a CA product on my DB :/ Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

How often are you pruning the database? I normally prune every 30 days but just lately I've had to do it a bit more often.
