Arcserve 2000 can't back up jpg files

Hi

I can't back up jpg files. When i try to i get the message 504 E3406 Unable to read file. I've checked out all the permissions etc. Any ides what could be wrong ?

You will either need to get ARCserve Job engine to log on using the arcserve system account (in services) or you will need the NT agent. I am assuming you don't have the NT agent installed on the remote server.
