arcserve 2000 BLOAT, database files too large

Help,

I have been running ARCSERVE 2000 for 12 months and I am running out of disk space real fast. There are 3 files on the system named ASTPSDAT.000(546 megs), ASTPSDAT.001(380 megs) and ASTPSDAT.002(278 megs) on directory c:\program files\computer associates\arcserve\database that as you can see are taking up about a gig of space that I NEED.

Any suggestions (purge, delete, re-install, etc)
