Arcserve 2000 backup stops as incomplete, no error given

Hey guys, I have a strange problem and hope someone can help out.

I'm running arcserve 2000 on NT4 sp6. I'm getting incomplete backups of Novell 5.1 sp1 client. The backup stops as "incomplete" but gives no error message other than that.

If someone could help, I'd really appreciate it.

Check the ARcserve actvity log for more info on the error. Also, on the Netware machine you can find the Netware Agent log. Check that too for more detailed job failure info. It could be that you have open files or a rights issue.
