E3150 Unable to connect to network drive. (DRIVE=\\server\ADMIN$, EC=LOGON FAILURE)

I have two Arcserve servers that backup the Exchange server.
I only backup the brick level.
One server is a part of the exchange domain. No problems backing up any database. One server is from another domain but trusted by the Exchange domain. However, I get this error:
E3150 Unable to connect to network drive. (DRIVE=\\server\ADMIN$, EC=LOGON FAILURE)

Are you entering the username with the domainname\username format? Also, are you using the the exchange service account as the user? Exchange is sensitive to these.

Thanks for your response. My arcserve servers are both windows 2000 but my exchange 5.5 runs on NT 4.0 with the right SP's. Maybe I'll just join this other server to the Exchange domain. Thanks for your help.
