We are using a Magstar 3575 2 drive 60 slot machine to do our backups. Arcserve runs fine on NT. We recently bought Arcserve 2000 and can not get it to work with our tape library using both drives. I have applied the patches,the machine is on the certified device list and we have spent countless ours with CA on the phone and can not get this resolved. Any ideas? [sig][/sig]
