Arcserve 2000 and Exchange information store backup

Hi,

Could someone please help on this issue.
I'm attempting to perform 2 backups on Exchange 5.5 server
1 is the information store
2 is the Microsoft Exchange Server - Brick Level

The brick Level backup works successfully but the info store backup fails with:-
E8602 Failed to read from database
DBName=Directory, EC=BackupAgent Error -- (301) "Exchange Server Error. HrBackupPrepareFailed Check Backup Agent Activity Log.

I've looked on CA site & I can find 2 errors

All of the conditions are met as part of the first article and I've applied the registry key entry for the second article. Neither of these fixes work.

I can't find any individual errors for Arcserve2000

Did you try runming the eseutil and isinteg utilities on Exchange 5.5??
