Arcserve 2000 AE + Unix Client Agent

I have a SCO Unix machine to backup with the Unix Client Agent and I'm getting about 3 MB/min for the duration of the job.

I'm running Arcserve 2000 Advanced SP3 and I'm using AIT-2 drives.

My question is, how can I speed up this job? My backup server is running on Gigabit Ethernet and the Unix box is set to 100 Full.
