I´m trying to restore the public folder database to the Exchange server.
Each time i try it Arcserve Backup says: "Please specify a target on databaselevel to restore the restoredatabase"
i use the german version and i don´t know the original english error message. So i try to translate it.
Exchange is 2010, Arcsere Backup 16.5 SP1.
Source: LTO-Tape.
In german version the restore-method is called "Wiederherstellen nach Baumstruktur". It is the first option in pull-down menu.
I chose "exchange-organisation-->Server--> Microsoft exchange databaselvel --> public folder database" as Source.
Target: same
After confirm this the above message appears.
Support from Arcserve is very slow an i have to wait to many hours/days for remote-support.
Pls help me
