Receiving the following error when doing our Backup with CA ArcServer 12, Can not figure out what to do to allow it to back these files up. Is this important to backup?

"AW0004 <SERVERNAME> Failed to open file <C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\MDBDATA\1.STF>. RC=32, The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

This means the file is open and so cannot be backed up. You need to either remove it from the backup, or purchase the "open files agent" to backup any open files.

As Im not an Exchange man, I cant say whether this file needs to be backed up or not...

These .stf files are temporary files ..............these files will also all be deleted upon startup of the information store service.
