I have been backing up a NAS Drive for the past year or so with Arcserve 11.5. Recently I have moved the backup to another server and have also upgraded to version 12.
The backup is working fine apart from when trying to access the NAS Drive. It does not have any security enabled so is acccessible to everyone. I am receiving an error in the activity log for every single file...
E3406 Unable to read file (File Path, \\Nas\Marketing\august etc...) EC= The request is not supported.
I have not had much luck on the CA support site (Normal) and am hoping that someone can come up with any ideas.
