Arcserve 12.5 Backup Error AE9603

I keep getting the AE9603 error message - Agent is not able to enumerate the storage group, database or mailbox.

it failes on \\<servername>\dbaexsis\First storage Group
this is the exchange document Level

and on \\<servername>\dbaexsis\Public Folders{First storage Group]
this is the exchange document level

When i try to browse them it freezes for a couple of seconds and prompts me for a username and password. I enter the credentials but after a few seconds the prompt for the username and password come back.

Can anyone help me
