ArcServe 11 TapeCopy creats nonMUX tapes from MUX tapes

Hi all,

My backups are multiplexed. When I run tapecopy to copy the source tapes, the tapecopy process creates the destination tapes and non-multiplexed and there are more destination tapes than there are source tapes. And the process takes FOREVER... Anyone know how to make the destination tapes exact copies of the source tapes??? Is there an undocumented switch? CA docs don't say anything about this in tapecopy limitations.
