arcserve 11 ssl2000 series

hy we had just install teh arcserve 11 whit 20 slot tape robot, all the firmware are update for the drive, i had update the drivers for windows 2000 server. the proble is when i put a tape, i can see it and start a job but after the tape is in the drive i can't remove it and i'm unable to start an other job, the option eject after job is select. any one can help me
