Arcserve 11.5 SP2 - W3760 Unable to update migrated session informatio

We have been getting the following error for a few weeks now on a windows 2003 backup server but only on some sessions when migrating from disk to tape, W3760 Unable to update migrated session information to the database. (RC-4), any help with this would be much appreciated.

seems to be starting database corruption. When using 11.5 and disk staging move to MSSQL server for the ARCserve database. MSSQL is far more stable than the default VLDB datatabse.
