ArcServe 11.5 Licensing trouble

I have just installed Arcserve 11. (upgrading from 11.1) because I could only purchase the open files agent for 11.5

After the upgrade my licenses for windows and disaster recovery were "lost" (they show up as unlicensed trial) and now I cant place the original keys from 11.1 in to license the product because 11.5 wont take them.

Can someone please tell me what I can try or what I need to do ?

11.1 keys can be used with 11.1. 11.1 keys cannot be used with 11.5 products, and you can't have mixed versions of 11.1 and 11.5 running on the same machine.
