ArcServe 11.5 (build 4490) Library problem

My IBM TS3310 library had a hardware error and is now fixed, but now ArcServe can't see it in the device configuration. First I reinstalled the Tape Library Option and afterwards ArcServe, but it still doesn't work. I installed a trial of Backupexec, where the library works fine! Please help me.

Run Device Configuration and it should be fine.
In version 12.x Device Config was moved into the Tape Engine and runs automatically when there is a change to the hardware.
