I get something close to the following error when I'm doing an Arcserve Exchange Brick Level backup.

E8602 Failed to read from database. Backup Agent Error -- (366) "Failed to open a folder".)

This happens on two mailboxes. The rest of my mailboxes are backedup without an issue during the brick level.

I called CA and they are insistent on mailbox corruption and they suggested running ISInteg. I don't agree. Has anyone encounted this error and if so does anyone know a resolution.

The mailboxes are for very important personnel.

Hi,

Export the mailboxes to a PST file. Run SCANPST on the exported mailboxes to ensure there is no corruption.

Import the PST back into the mailbox.
RUn a backup

So it Shall be Written!
