Can not access Client running Windows 2000 Server - SQL Server 2000. Tried look in to Local Security setting for Network access, couldnt figured out much !! Need help.

I have another client running same thing Windows 2000 - SQl Server 2000. Able to connect that machine same way. I dont know what different setting that machine has !!! Configured by someone else. Just dont know what is different in that machine.
