ARCserv 2000 "Internal Error 2735 : CallPreInstall" 1

Hi all!
I currently have an NT 4.0 server running SP6, 192 MB ram. When I try and install the ARCserv 2000 software, when I get to the section where it is getting ready to actually install the software, I recieve the error "Internal Error 2735 : CallPreInstall". I can't seem to find anything on the website that addresses this issue. Any thoughts?

Easy one. ARCserve2000 is web enabled. the minimum IE support is 5 anything lower won't cust the mustard [5.5 is overkill, don't do it].
