Arcrserve 2000 failure AW0246 E9033

Hello,

i have a problem wit our backup. I will backup with the Unix Client Agent an Unix Server. This worked probably, but with some files there comes the following failure AW0246 E9033 failed to open file .... I think it is a problem wit the rights on the files. But our Unix-Admin says to me that our backupuser have full control on this folder.
Can anyone help me with thist problem?

Put the agent in debug mode and then try it, perhaps the uag.log will contain additional details that will help.

to enable debug enter uagent start -v
