ArchSeve v6.6 fail

We recently applied the SP2a patch to our NW5 Server and now the ArchServe v6.6 backup is not working anymore. It would start the procedure, finish backing up the SYS vol. and then displayed backup fail in the log without backing up the DATA, SHARE, USER and APP volumes.. There's plenty of space on the tape. It's a 12gig native capacity DAT. What could be wrong? When I load the ASTART6, there's no error message. Everything<br>
seems to loaded fine. Please help ASAP! No backup for a week now. Thanks in advance.
 
Did you call Cheyenne...maybe they have their own patch to the Novell patch.
 
Arcserve recomends NLM's when you install it you probley<br>
replaced a nlm with a version that will not work with your <br>
version of arcserve try to reinstall Arcserve. the tech support number for Computer Associates is (516)342-5885<br>
