Archiving SQL Backups

What is the best process to archive old .bak files using the Enterprise Manager?

There isn't one using Enterprise Manager. SQL 2000 doesn't give you a way to manage the files from the tools. If you do the backups via the maintenance plans, you can tell it to delete files after n days or weeks. If you aren't using a maintenance plans then you have to manage the deletion of the old backups manually.
