Archiving Reports

Hi,
Is it possible to schedule a report to disk so that it saves every occurence under a new name instead of over- writing the existing file. My objective is to archive reports for the financial year instead of opening the report, running it, and saving it under a different name.

Is there a recommended method to archive reports?

Back in May of this year Crystal Decisions made available a free download to add back the archiving feature found in Seagate Info versions prior to 7.5. You can find the download at:

I would highly recommend reading the installation documentation prior to installing the patch. Good luck.
