Archiving Opprotunities/Projects

Anyone have any idea how I might go about archiving the Opportunity/Project data? I don't really care where it goes - spreadsheet, database, whatever. We have so many that it is really a bear to find anything.

Hi Christine

If you complete (Right-click Win/Lose)an opportunity it will leave the list. The same with Projects (Right-click Close)

Yes, we do this. But we have to look through the closed ones frequently, and we have S-O M-A-N-Y of them.

I need to archive them out of the database altogether.

The only solution that I know of to do this is to use golbox to archive.

Somone else may have a solution however no way in GoldMine to do this to my knoledge.
