I've recently setup a pop account that make a copy of every individual sent & received mail.
Need some advise from you gutus out there
1. Am on qmail, my vendor told me that a command was written on the queue folder that enable the whole process. Were advising to set up additional acct to split incoming and outgoing to 2 accts, but told it was not possible.
Any tips could be provided here?
Anyway this is not a big issue since i'm downloading to outlook now, and applying rules to settle tat.
2. Duplicate mails
Having a whole chunk of duplicate mails that were circulated within the firm, or our users use CC. Anyone out there had gone a step further to eliminate duplicate mails?
Could find such function in OUtlook.
And those chain mails tat are forwarded, what steps have you guys done to eliminate tat? I only picture MANUAL deletion..which is horrendous..
