Archiving Large E-Mail to Public Folder

Hello All,

I have an Exchange 2003 server running Windows Server 2003. We get an error message when we try to archive e-mails over 20MB. I have checked the default public folder properties and the properties for specific public folders, but I can't find out where the problem might be. I read in a few places online that Exchange has a default limit of 20MB. Could this be the case? If so, what can I do to troubleshoot?
