Archiving Failed

I have clients that are attempting to archive old emails in Outlook (Office XP). Most people have been able to archive with no problems. Some people, however, receive an error message when archiving some of their folders. It is a very vague message stating that the archive failed with an unknown error. My only guess is that it occurs with larger folders. Any ideas?

We do have symantec av corp., but i cannot seam to find the article you mentioned. any idea where it might be?
