Hi,
In the infinite wisdom of our system administrators they have disabled the ability for users to archive their emails using the in-built notes archive tool.
I have been able to create a simple agent that looks at all documents within my server based mail file that is older then nn days is copied to a database on my local machine and then the original document is deleted from the server mail file (that was easy to do !!).
What I am however having problems with is getting the folder structure that is in the server mail file copied into the local database (i.e I want the emails that are stored in folders on the server mail file, to remain in a folder of the same name on the local database).
Has anyone got a solution for this? Or is it just not possible?
FYI note client is R6.5
