Archiving e-mail

I am in the process of switching from qmail to postfix. At this point in time, I am able to archive all of the organizations e-mail to a single account on the qmail server.

Is it possible to do something like this with postfix? If so, can someone point me in the right direction?

Are you talking about all mail, or just mail being received into mailboxes?

I'm no Postfix expert, but I know that you can use main.cf's "mailbox_command" option to specify a script which will receive every message destined for a mailbox and can process it in whatever way it sees fit, including archiving a copy of it.
