Archiving Data - Oracle Payables

Hi,

Our project is in the pre-dev stage and we are planning our processes. An important part is Archiving and purging data in the staging and base tables.
I did find some information regarding purging data in Oracle Payables but there is not much that I could find regarding Archiving data in the base tables.

Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.
