Archiving, BES server issues

Hey guys,

Let me just start by saying I'm not the admin for our exchange server or our BES server.

That being said, I know that one of the issues we've been having is users having trouble archiving because the modified date is changed due to the BES server (although I don't know the specific reason, possibly rebooting.) Since archiving is based on the modified date (or I should say, the one with the latest date, in this case, modified,) no email sare getting archived.

Has anyone seen this or know a solution?

This is more than likely a configuration issue with your archiving software.
There may be an option to archive based on the creating time, send/recieve time, modification time, all or some of the above, etc.
What software are you using for archival?

Thanks for the response. I believe we are using whatever is standard with exchange and outlook.
