Guys,

Used archiving a lot myself....but a few users are reporting problems with diskspace on the server - (yes I know i need more diskspace but I am trying to string it out for a particularly good reason)

I was just about to dish them out the archive instructions when I thought i'd check it myself. IT gave a log saying 500 stored in archive and 350 deleted. Does this mean that some files have been deleted which have not been placed in the Archive nsf?

If so is there anyway to get all mail/docs that fall after the Days cut-off to be stored into the Archive file, and none actually getting deleted?

Regards

Craig

I was just about to ask the same question, except in my case for example, I am also getting "500 stored in archive, and 0 deleted". I am assuming this means that 500 were archived, but the e-mails are still in the original database. How do I archive and DELETE all e-mails that qualify? Thank you very much for your help.
