Hi. I have an interesting problem. One of my user's complained to me that her GroupWise was locking up and throwing illegal operations. I narrowed it down and found that the problem was coming from her archives. We have all of our email setup to archive automatically to the user's user directory after 180 days. We also have several other client options set to be locked down for each client which we setup using NetWare Administrator. If I do a "reset client options" in maintenance, I have no problem using her account; however, if all of the "lock down" options are applied, when in the user's archives, GroupWise will suddenly close for no apparent reason. The thing that's interesting is that if I manually set all of the options that we lock down she has no problem; it's only when options are forced down to the client that the problem occurs. I know this is kindof confusing but does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
