I have a client that wants to "archive" ( for lack of a better word)voicemail messages outside the system for an infinite amount of time to prevent using current mailbox space. I have no knowledge of a way to do this on the Legend/Magix platforms. Do any of you experts know of a way to do this even it requires additional equipment? Any help either way will be greatly appreciated.

Depends on if he has a Merlin Messaging vs. a Legend MLM 007 - and the vintage of the Merlin Messaging. If it is capable of Unified Messaging - there is the capability for the messaging module to forward WAV file copies of messages to a PC - assuming you have it connected to a LAN port. If an older unit - then messages would have to be manually taped/converted to WAV at each extention - before deletion.
