I have a Catalyst 3560G I am testing archiving my config to my NAS via FTP.
When I run the command archive config then run sh archive I get an error - Timed out.
I run wireshark to see what's happening and I can see it connecting via ftp over port 21, sending the username and password, switches to passive mode then the host administratively prohibited.
I try the same archive setup only this time pointing it to my laptop (where I have a little more control) and I am able to archive successfully.
I then put run filezilla and try to ftp to the NAS over port 21 and cannot connect, I can connect via port 22.
My NAS admin tells me port 21 is open but I tend to doubt it since I cannot connect via filezilla over 21.
Is there a way to change which port ftp uses in the 3560?
I tried to create an acl then nat to port 22 for FTP but my 3560 does not have NAT.
