Archive to PST

Guys,
Is it possible for an email archiving job to dump the archived items to a pst file in Simpana7?

I'm not sure about the archive piece because I don't have it, but I know with the regular exchange backup agent you can do a restore to a pst file.

If you mean restoring archived items to PST file, then yes, you can restore straight to a PST File.

If you mean sending items meeting the archive criteria to your backup storage and to a PST file on a client computer, then yes you can do this as well by enabling the Offline Archiving option on the Agent via the CommServe, and in the Outlook AddIn. Please note, the Outlook AddIn actually stores the files as .cvst files, however they can just be renamed to PST.
