I am new to Lync 2010. Right now nothing is going to Conversation History folder in Outlook. If I look at the setting in Lync, Save instant message conversations in my email conversation History folder is greyed out. I am assuming this is because on the server it is not enabled? On the server if I go to Monitoring and Archiving-Archiving Configuration I have:
Name Scope Archving
Global Global Disable archiving.
If I enable that would that then Globally enable the instant messages to be archived into the Conversation History folder? Is this a feature that needs some sort of extra licensing?
