Not sure if this is the right forum to ask in. We run an Exchange 2003 server with Outlook 2003 clients.
Most people are sorting their mails based on the recipient (one recipient per folder, both incoming and sent mail) - and now they've asked me, if its possible to get Outlook to ask where to save sent mail, after it has been sent.
I've tried looking into rules, but as far as i can see, i would have to create a rule for each recipient.
Basically - When someone press "Send", Outlook should pop up and ask "Where do you want to save the sent mail?" - user selects a folder and all is well again.
Is there any way to do that? Perhaps with a Macro of some sort?
